Estelle divorced her 1^st husband because he didn’t want children.  When she met Samuel, he was a single father with 2 daughters who wasn’t interested in a new relationship, or having any more kids.  But here they are, expecting their 2^nd child.  Estelle’s pregnancies are difficult … she suffers from edema, painful swelling due to excess body fluids.  Her 1^st child was born by cesarean, and that’s the case this time again.
