Christine and Eric’s journey to have kids has been difficult.  It took 2 years for her to get pregnant the 1^st time, then prenatal testing revealed their baby had Down syndrome. They had agreed to abort in such a case, but it was devastating since she had to be induced to give birth at that stage of pregnancy.  Tragedy struck again during the next pregnancy when she miscarried – the baby was born at 21 weeks, and only lived  minutes.  But this time,  their hope of becoming parents will be fulfilled …
